Big Tree Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 45 days of the performance date will require payment of your full invoice

• Cancellations made within 45-90 days will require a payment of 50% of your full invoice

• Cancellations made within 90-120 days before the performance lose the deposit only

• Cancellations made more than 120 days before the performance lose 50% of the deposit only

Although it almost never happens, the principle writers and performers may not be able to attend an event, we reserve the right to substitute them and other performers if needed. If the weather and road conditions cause a cancellation we will make our best efforts to reschedule the performance.
